LLC (HARECON) has been established since 1994 by the sole ownership of Mr. Hareb Salem Khalifa Al Muhairi, UAE National, who appointed Mr. Gilbert Gracias, Indian National, as the first managing director of the company. To face the challenges of time and the UAE's infrastructure demand, the company's management merged with Tasmeem Group of Company, owned and managed by Mr. Sameer Al Dabbas.
